API access requires WhatsApp’s approval; we assist but aren’t liable for rejections. B. Prohibited Activities Sending promotional messages without opt-ins. Sharing API access with unauthorized parties. C. Liability We’re not responsible for WhatsApp API downtime or policy changes. Clients indemnify us against misuse of the CRM.
